Return & Exchange Policy

At Miyo, we hope every piece feels just right for your little one. If something isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be in saleable condition:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed
  • Original tags attached and intact
  • Returned in its original packaging, with any accessories or freebies included
  • Free from stains, odours, pet hair, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not pass our quality check on receipt.

How to raise a request

Write to us at support@miyonlinestore.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photograph of the item. Our team will confirm your request and share the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

For international returns, the customer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please use a tracked service and keep your shipping receipt until your return has been received.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size changes, subject to availability. Once we receive your returned item, we ship the replacement to you at no extra cost — there is no additional shipping charge for the replacement.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@miyonlinestore.com with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes the quality check, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

Items we cannot accept

  • Products returned after 15 days from delivery
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

Customs duties & taxes

Import duties, taxes or customs fees paid on your order are set by your local customs authority and are not refunded by Miyo.
