4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in US dollars (USD). Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your destination country are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient.

We currently offer:

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

5. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Orders are considered accepted only after dispatch confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship, from India, to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. We do not ship to India from this store; customers in India can shop at miyokid.in. A flat shipping charge of USD 12.99 applies per order.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.

Miyo shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy available on the website footer.
